CONTENT:   This is primarily an experiential class covering a number of areas, including:Tips and Tricks for Weight ManagementYoga and Qigong (Chinese yoga) postures, movements, and breath techniques to work on your          Flexibility          Strength          Metabolism          Stress          Self esteem          Willpower          Also, about ½ of the class will be devoted to mini-hypnosis or NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) or similar sessions each week to help you eat healthier, control your appetite, reduce cravings, and much, much more. Email zonedynamics@gmx.com for a registration form.
