EXERCISE REGULARLY
In addition to Yoga/QiGong:

Try martial arts

Try partner dances - Swing, Ballroom, Country, Polka - and
maybe you'll even find a partner

Dance by yourself - Close the door, put the music on, and
just go with the music (You may want to pull down the shade first...)

Lift some weights (You don't have to go to the gym for this!)

Play tennis (Even if you can't hit the ball, you will get
a lot of exercise chasing the tennis ball.)

Again - - -Go take a hike!

Take a canoe trip

Go rollerblading

Get your bike out and use it

Wash and wax your car (remember the "Karate Kid" - wax on,
wax off...)

Plant a tree or a new rose bush

a gun & doesn't like surprises!)

Use a punching bag to release your stress (sometimes a picture
of your boss or your ex may help)

Play ball - baseball, softball, volleyball, racquetball,

Clean out the garage (maybe you'll even be able to get your
car in it)

Begin training for a marathon (you never know when you are

GET SOME TRAINING!
While some stress can be beneficial, too much stress can
produce many negative effects. Stress can be induced merely by change, e.g., organizational realignments, transfers, new bosses,
different work assignments, etc. Even pleasant changes can create a great deal of stress, so managers should be able to recognize
warning signs. Corporate stress can seriously limit the effectiveness of your organization, especially if it is prolonged
and not managed.

Courses, seminars, and workshops can include multiple relaxation
sessions, instruction in easy techniques to relax, as well as simple movement exercises which can aid in relaxation. Weekly
